The Somontano Denomination of Origin area was established in 1984, and is imbued with a young and dynamic character. Located at the foot of the Aragonese Pyrenees in the province of Huesca, it has built up an excellent reputation for itself.
Since its creation, the Somontano marque has seen its labours rewarded with the appearance of new brands, new wineries and acknowledgements for the quality of its wines by consumers and Spain’s most prestigious wine guides.
